Custom Cornice Board Up to 43" wide, Using Customer Supplied Fabric

Cornices are a great way to add more visual interest to the window and add a little extra pop to the room! They are easy to hang and even though they're made out of wood, they are not too heavy.

Cost includes lining on the inside of the board and gimp applied to inside of boards

It can be made with or without self piping. Or with a different piping.

The cornice is made from quality wood and is padded and then upholstered with the customer's fabric of choice. The best weight is medium weight decor fabric or heavy/upholstery weight fabric. I will provide you with the yardage you will need when the order is placed, or you may message me for more information. A cornice that is under 42" wide with a 4" projection will usually require just 1 yard of a 54” wide fabric. The thickness of the side pieces are 1/2” of so. So please consider that when measuring.

Hardware is included and it's fairly simple to mount our cornices!! We provide instructions along with the hardware. The cornice comes with inconspicuous D rings attached already on the backside. You'll receive 2 brackets that you will drill into your wall to hook the rings onto.

***How to measure***

Measure the entire width of your window, including the trim. The cornice will mount on the wall, right next to the trim. The measurements you give me will be the final end to end size of the cornice but the interior measurements of the cornice will be about 1” more narrow (the side pieces of the wood are 1/2” ).

Add 6" to the width IF you have curtains underneath and need to allow the space for the rods etc.

Add 4" to the width if you currently have nothing on your window or have inside mounted blinds/shades.
