There are a few reasons why your name might not be on the list. The main reason is that we are a bit behind working on orders. The other most common reason is that your fabric you sent us did not have your name on the label any place, so we weren’t sure who’s it was. Another reason is if your fabric we are ordering for you had a delay, or the cordless or chain parts were backordered. The least common reason is that we did not see your order go through. This does not happen often.

Please do not worry much if you do not see your name yet, especially if you are sure we have your fabric. This list updates frequently, and also one day your name might appear on sewing and the very next day it’s in construction. This list is just a rough guide to help out and keep customer in the loop better. If you are sure that we have your fabric here in out workroom, please keep checking the list.

Emailing in again to ask the timeframe will take you back to this very website. All updates are posted on this page. I do this only because responding to each email asking about time frames takes time away from working on the orders in my workroom. I do understand and ETA is very helpful and sometimes needed.

If you don’t see your name yet, we are working very hard to get your name next in line. Once you see it on there, things usually move quite quickly.
